about

The Gripe Club is a Tyler Durdin solo album... sorta. Although Tyler is the main vocalist, he's joined by ovrthro, Erik Kjelland, Maruchan Chef, Alex Shade, and two of his Wolves & Sheep brothers: Kit Whitacre and DJ SIlent Beard.

This album was written and recorded during lockdown. As the name indicates, it's Tyler Durdin doping a bunch of bitching and complaining over some super fresh hip hop grooves created by the talented Canadian producer ovrthro with additional production by some of the guests.

Originally this was something Tyler was working on to keep himself creatively juiced while the Wolves & Sheep "Grey Expectations" album was being mixed... and while we were all stuck inside. Tyler wasn't even planning on releasing it, but Kit Whitacre enjoyed it so much, he helped Tyler clean it up. Yeah... that's why there's soap on the cover.
